Role Overview
As an Event Planner / Project Manager at Meisami Events, you are responsible for event planning, project management, and active client management. You guide clients through the full planning journey and ensure a structured, calm, and premium experience from first contact to event day.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and execute events end-to-end
- Actively manage client relationships throughout the entire event lifecycle
- Coordinate timelines, budgets, suppliers, and internal teams
- Translate creative concepts into clear and executable plans
- Represent Meisami Events professionally in all client-facing situations
- Oversee on-site setup, execution, and breakdown
Language Requirements
- German: Fluent
- English: Fluent
- Additional languages are a strong plus
